Service
Contact person(s) are entitled to contact our support team with technical and operational questions. It is possible to use phone, e-mail or other common communication channels. Alcensoft provides each customer with an up- and download site for exchanging data files. A response is provided within 24 hours.
Support
Any critical and minor problems are investigated and a solution (workaround or fix) is provided within a predefined time scope. Support is normally within normal working hours 8 a.m. – 5 p.m, however 24/7 support is a possibility. Possibility for remote access is always recommended, to speed up the investigation and solution.

Maintenance
Alcensoft uses up to 50% of S&M for development of new features and modification, ensuring compatibility with new platforms (Windows OS versions, database versions etc), improving performance, stability and security of our software. This also includes preparations for upgrades to latest releases that are available for all customers with SLA. Alcensoft strives to provide a major Software release a year. Minor releases are provided as required or on demand. New releases contain new features developed on demand and general enhancements.
Education
Safecon education consists of User, Super User, and Technical manager training sessions. Additionally Service and Dispatch Job management and Controller Communication sessions are available. Training is normally held in Copenhagen at Alcensofts address, but it is possible to arrange special sessions in other places too. Training language is English or Danish. Open training sessions are only conducted with 3 or more registrations. We arrange special company related training sessions as needed. Contact us for more details.
