Based on SafeconCare Vagtcentral set up to receive alarms, i.a. via the digital SCAIP protocol, we provide tailor-made security solutions for home nursing, such as delivered to Lyngby Municipality, Sønderborg Municipality, Slagelse Municipality, and to DORO Care, Norway, described under the tab Customers and Cases.

The Neat smoke alarm SMOKE communicates wirelessly with the NOVO security telephone, which functions as a HUB, and can be set to alert the call center or e.g. next of kin.

With a light tap on the SMILE, or the NOVO base unit, the user can alert the call center or relatives. SMILE communicates via the NOVO safety telephone, which opens up for two-way speech. SMILE is used on either the wrist or the neck strap and is included when ordering a NOVO safety telephone.
